Stormbringer skill Cloud cover incorrectly disappears every single time any weapon with spirit blackhole or soul shatter effect hits you making it a completely useless skill against half the classes in the game who have chance purges. The buff correctly functions for skills such as barb clean sweep and veno purge. I have tested this extensively no one is that lucky to purge you first hit every time.
