Title hunting issue

Hello everyone.

I found myself stuck on a title quest im doing right now and was seeking some help here maybe someone else had the same issue.

The overall titlequest line is called "Seal of Originia River" and the second title i have to get for it (Dark Sun) wont trigger for me.
the information i got is this:

Find 'Chief's Grave' at 416 765. Pick up the quest and talk to the grave to complete the quest. [Dark Sun]

Im there and i found the grave but i get nothing in the titlewindow whatsoever.
I dont have the title yet, i was flying at around 25 over the spot like it tells you in pwdatabase and i did a relog at the spot but nothing gives.

do you have the title quest and completion wont trigger, or will the quest pickup not trigger? (quest triggers at slightly dif coordS)

yea i got this guide right here: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1630621
and i got everything so far except for that.
I was walking around a bit, flying around a bit around that coordinations but i got no quest whatsoever.

I did the previous quest and at this point i got stuck because well.. wont trigger.

I literally had to hug the tree to get the quest. weird.

I'm also having trouble with this title, though at a diffrent point. At "Philospher of Purity", I can't seem to "disperse the antidote". I have flown around, swam around, jumped up and down on the wheel, even killed a few turtles for good mesure, but I can't seem to get it to trigger. I checked my bag for any sign of an item I needed to activate as well.

I even tried going to the next steps pick up point to see if that would register as me completing the last step.

Is there a spacial track point I haven't hit to trigger it or some spot I need to talk to?
