Arc defender Problem

We changed the wifi in our house and now I am being prompted to enter a pin from Arc Defender, but there is no code in my email. I know it's the right email because I have gotten the pins to it before from Arc defender.

Anything I can do?

    Send in a ticket or use live chat when it becomes available again. They will ask you some questions, after verifying your account you should be given some way to access it again.

    Personally, and this may just be me, but I think Arc Defender should be disabled as soon as you get back access to your account. It provides literally no extra security to the end user. The only thing it prevents is people from using freebie codes. This is not a joke. That is all it does.

    Check your spam folder. Some systems, like AT&T, filter the spam out on their end, and you will only find it if you go to the webmail system for your email service provider. (Assuming you're using a real program to check your mail instead of already using webmail. If you're using webmail, check the spam filter.)
    Also, log into the Arc website and check your account info to verify you definitely are checking the right email address. I know I've made that mistake before.

    I went back to school and was back on a known wifi network and disabled arc defender so I don't have this in the future

    First of all, let me say Thank you to NRGLG for the above Comments.
    I have an account that I am unable to access any longer from the point of signing on through ARC. I have sent in tickets, begged, pleaded, etc. to no avail to get help from "them". I have been playing PW for 6 years and have multiple accounts. Since you can't use the same E-mail to create more than one account, when I made my accounts 6 years ago, I used E-mails from things like my job E-mail which was fine at the time, but now that I am no longer working and am retired, I don't have access to that E-mail any longer. Therefore, I can't get any of the "codes" that PW support people would E-mail to that account. I have given PW the user name, the password, and told them that I have many accounts and that they all follow the same user name and everything and have done everything I could to prove that it is my account, but they still will not help me to access my account so I can sign onto ARC and get blessings. I DID Disable ARC Defender from all my accounts so I did not have to worry about this problem, but for some reason when I attempt to sign on to this account, it says that I had never signed on to the account before with this IP address or whatever it means.

    I hope what I said up above makes some sort of sense. NRGLG, if you have any other suggestions as to how I can get PW to give me back my account access so I can get blessings and things, I would really appreciate it. I am not very computer literate, so I do what I can, but my knowledge of computers is very limited.
