Arc Launcher Down?

I've been trying for over an hour to login to PWI but the Arc Launcher comes up as updating then runs into an error. There is no report of an update or when it was supposed to be or how long. I've tried restarting my computer but that doesn't help. This is extremely frustrating because I can't see that anyone else has posted about the problem.

    go into xProgram files....choose Perfet World file folder
    ..then choose Arc files...
    scroll down till you find the
    Arc Repair file...
    dbl click on it and it will start itself and repiar the Arc files
    has worked perfectly every time this has happened

    ArcRepair seems to have worked out fine. Had the same issues launching/trying to launch. Now updating....

    I tried repair arc and even tried uninstalling arc, pwi , removing it off the system and then downloading it fresh, every time i click play now on arc the result is same, the game launcher doesn't show up, just comes connecting to server and nothing happens, been near to a week and still facing the problem, can any of you guys help? the method to repair arc doesn't seem to be working in this case :(
