Cannot redeem spend reward

I was finally given my spend reward after much to do about the fact that i had never received it before.I did finally receive the reward. However i take it to Assistant Wang Tsai and there is no quest there to redeem it.Submitting a ticket they told me to post here. Cant see what good that is going to do but i guess any information is better than i got out of my ticket submission. I have well over 10 bag slots open as well as many quest slots so now what?

    It was the free Aurora for the first time spend rewards. It was an older reward that i had never received and did not even know was available until my wife bought gold and received it. At that point i looked it up and realized i never got anything like that and had bought plenty of zhen. Reading it i found i was supposed to had but...

    You may need to check with the PWI Boutique (or Promotions) Agent NPC instead to actually get it.

    In fact, check with both of those NPCs regardless before responding just to be on the safe side. It's quite possible that the item may send you to the wrong NPC.

    I appreciate all the help i can get at this point of course. I did look at the awards agent and the boutique but still cannot find any quest that would allow me to turn it in. I still have no idea why

    yep i tried right clicking too. I think i have tried everything possible. Not that i am beyond brain farting and missing something obvious like that but yea i did that too. Thank you as all sincere replies are a thught or maybe something i have overlooked

    if i recall it is a right click item but you may need more slots in your bag than that. Try putting stuff in your bank until you have way more spots free than you will ever need (try 20) and if you still dont get anything log out and log back in. If that doesnt work check you have space in your quest list. You may also need extra spots to be able for a quest to work with the npcs (if im wrong and its an exchange and not a right click)

    I am pretty sure it is a bag slot issue though. If i remember you get like 20 things from the pack they send.

    I have easily 20 slots open and i have rebooted. Also i only have like 6 quests in my list total

    Answered but not correct. They are saying that i had already got this reward which i assure you i did not.Proving that i did not get something that they say i did would be impossible as i would be trying to prove a negative. End result is i save some money on zhen from this point on i guess.Like i explained to them. If ii paid ebay for something and i did not receive it i would not continue sending them money either. I am not a 16 year old trying to weasle some free pixels and i am at a point that they can just keep them. But i will keep my money also
