(inb4Sylen)
Idk if it's me, the ISP, PWI, or those magical nodes in between causing the problem, but it just did it again and I gave up even trying to play. This screen cap is what happened the first time.

Apparently I can still chat, I can still see other people running and around and teleporting and using skills. But I cannot use skills, I cannot check-in with the calender, I cannot do anything but chat and watch people from near where I logged in.

    1. This belongs in the Technical Support forum.

    2. You didn't post any information that we need to be able to help you with the issue.

Read my sticky in the tech forum, then post the information we require if you want help with it.

this DOES NOT belong in tech support becuase you can not fix this sylen. its the server error that ahs been happening for over a month now i still get it, as do most of the people i know on sanctuary. The fix is to wait for 5 mins and use a self buff. its not firewalls caause i dont run any, not on my router, not on my computer. PWI needs to address this, not a player volunteer.

I either shut down Arc and restart or just relog, usually fixes it for me. If that doesn't help, waiting a few min could also do the trick.

its not just waiting a few mins, you have to self buff. then it somehow causes a proper sync. even when i dont use arc the problem occurs. this topic is literally in tech supp forums i dont know how many times over. there is no real fix for this problem per se. unless pwi does a fix we will continue to see it. however we can mitigate it for now b:surrender

The problem is that some people are experiencing it, but only some. It's far from being a majority of the players having the problem. If I get more information from people having the issue, we might be able to narrow down the cause.
It looks like it might be a database sync problem from what I've seen so far, but I've only had 3 or 4 people give me anything to work with.

If I get enough data, I may be able to find a commonality causing the issue. Sadly, people would rather whine than try to find a fix.

What exactly do you need me to do? Or what do you need?

This happened to me on my alt cleric after the server decided to restrict my main toon game play for a year. Anyways the server I believe need to be rebooted or fixed because too many issues going on such as high ping and the delays.

Currently, I would need the output from a traceroute to your server, taken at exactly the time you are having the issue, and a link to a published Speccy report.

I had this happen to me for the first time the other day, I was able to narrow the issue down to a both problem with my local network, and a interruption in the data path along the way. Took me about 15 minutes to resolve it, and I haven't had it happen since.
