The Ultimate Mantou

I just got done being reborn and got to level 34. Not many side quests along the way, maybe one or two showed up, so when The Ultimate Mantou showed up I took it. The problem is that is as far as I can take the quest.

I went to the database and found:

Beautiful Chang's Wish

The Ultimate Mantou

It seems like Beautiful Chang's Wish started this quest line, but it never showed up... According to the PWI Database these quests start at level 34 anyway, so what gives?

    I am having the same problem. I got the quest but don't know where to get the mantou. Anyone know??

    if you're past the level for beautiful chang's wish then you can get the ultimate mantou from some of the Wanteds --

    if you have a baby toon - beautiful chang's wish gives 3 of the ultimate mantou's so you can save for alts.
