ZEN transfer to EURO

Im the only one who dont get PWI

I buy 1640 zen but was not able to transfer it
PWI change mine zen into euro without any notice
Now im stuck on 14,98 euro on mine account to buy zen.

After open a ticket they made the choose to tansfer back the 5 gold i need to get for the Auto-recovery stone, But still dont give me the full amount off zen i had buy before. Now I got back 14,98 on euro but had a chargeback by them............b:sad

I dont think it would be hard to let me transfer the 1640 zen instead off Make a mess by transfer it into Euro again? So i need to rebuy the zen again and after i buy all (you can buy 1 gold btw this way) i got stuck on 0,98 euro en get only 1540 zen instead mine 1640. Great way to rip off ppl pwi.

    PWE warned us about this.

    I don't think anyone on this forum is able to help you to get another 100 zen.
