I'm a person who makes do squads and AL WAYS ask for weapon link but that's just to filter out ppl who can't follow simple directions. I've passed over people who I'm sure have 3r9+12 weapons for people with 3nv+0 weapons because the former wouldn't link their weapon while the latter did. Idc if you're end gamed gear or you think you know how to play your class, if you can't follow a direction as simple as "link you weapon" then I don't want you.

On the thread topic I also bring a small arm- I mean the legal number of alt, to fs, but most are geared better than people's mains and they definitely pull their own wait. I don't count them when doing the page split, but when a book drops ( I have squad set to random after toad boss) if they get the book, they get the book.
