Has anyone else been experiencing SoV/SoS prematurely wearing off - recently (within the last week) it seems that neither will last longer then about 7 minutes before abruptly disappearing...did it receive a transparent nerf that none of us seem to know about, am I just a victim or random glitching or am I just a nub who missed an announcement somewhere..?

    I might have an explanation, but not 100%sure.
    Sometimes the server time in PWI is a little messy and you can even have a different time depending on the map where your toon is. Usually the difference is between 1 or 5 minutes, so people don't pay attention. But if you got buffed in a map, then went in a map with 3 minutes delay, it could explain the situation.
    Same goes for PV tokens that sometimes expire too fast.

    morai clock still seems to be 5minutes off - atleast the mainmap is

    Main map and instances run on different servers I think. Isn't the first time that a time discrepancy between the two makes skills go wonkey. It's also where the "invalid skill" error comes from after you enter an instance with a skill on cooldown, then try to use it after cooldown.

    Entering instances or maps in NW always created a gap between buff duration and the cd. You can find older threads on this, but that's in the 30sec~1min range. Always seemed like the loading screen + entering time "froze" cd but had the buff duration timer continue. Could also be the server time thing, but well, the issue always existed.
