Blacksmith Skill lvl 5-6 bug

b:surrender went craft wep till i have 100% expo 60/60 so i could lvl Blacksmithing to lvl 6 so i could recast a wep that is bound well i go to learn lvl 6 and i can't i put in ticket and they said is much be a "unreported game bug" and suggested i post here. i added screen shots

    You need the skill book to advance from level 5 to 6 blacksmith/craftsman/tailor/apothecary. The skill book for blacksmith, craftsman and tailor is awarded from a quest involving crafting specific 2*s, the apothecary book is bought from an NPC in Dreamweaver Outskirts.
