Morai quest chain bug

Hello i have a lvl 101 barb master of harmony been doing the morai chain quest then i got stuck at some point that i dont get more quest to finish the chain quest duo to this i cant enter EU or AEU i have check quest guides and the npc that supose have to give me the next quest just dont pop up the quest i have check quest log and nothing, avaliable quest list and nothing i send a ticket and they say i need to post here my problem to see if i can get some help to fix this hope i can get help the last quest i got from morai chain was Morai: An End, Ill Fitting the npc Sukino Row and give me a trasformation card and thats all i enter the red portal near that npc and transform me and done there im stuck no more quests on any morai npc b:surrender

Did you do the quest where you have to visit the garden? I was stuck one because I didn't get the pop up quest.

nope i just whent there and fly over , run over all the place no quest pop up couse i already did it once
