Purchase not working

Ok so apparently you guys changed the charge layout/website.

Well I was just trying to charge to my account and it won't let me. I select the amount, and it pops up saying:

There was a problem with the game/server you selected. Please clear your cache and try again.

... uhh, I didn't select a game or a server. The page doesn't let me get that far. Also this same error is popping up when I try to use the Arc client to charge. What's the deal?

I am having the same problem, guess perfect world does not want our money
