i need a support email addy outside the support ticket machine for pwi support

my original email server was deactivated and my email doesnt exist
the edit profile in arc tells me i cant change my email that i cant read anylonger and to send a ticket
great, to sign in to do a ticket it needs a PIN number sent to the email that doesnt exist anymore
i am screwed unless i can send an email outside the support system.
i tried some emails in some links elsewhere in threads, but they were non existent now.
what is the correct email for pwi help today? tia

email customerservice@perfectworld.com with details on the email change, ect., and they'll ask you some pertinent questions about the account to verify you are the owner, and can change the email on it for you.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
