Dispose of an Item

Back during the time of the free mirage stone give away (level the character to lvl 95), I had given a Blessing of the Celestial Vale to my Stormbringer, RoseFeather, and I would like to remove it from that character since it is unusable for that character and taking up space in my inventory. I submitted a ticket to support and told me to post somewhere around here...lol
