Tideborn tattoos on new classes?

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to put TB tattoos on the new classes. The guide said you can put them on EG, but has not been updated for new classes as far as that goes. And is it even legal(since the tattoos go over the body)?

i remember reading that a MOD said ini editing is legal except TB tattoo's, EG eye thing. you can ini edit the new classes but whether putting them on is legal or not i do not know, last i saw which wasa year ago they said no using tb tattoo's. thats best advice i can say.

As a heads up, nightshade skin cannot be used on tideborn like earthguard skin was usable.
