Settings reset?

So I opened up the game today and it opened in full screen mode when I play in window mode and it always opens in window mode. Also, when I logged into my character all the the skill bars were back in their original place and not where I moved them to. Also my charm bars were back in the original place.

Is it possible all my setting were reset somehow? It wasn't a big deal to put everything back but it was just a little weird
