Reawakening Quest Lines

So I'm on first reawakening and I have this light purple quest, Assault Snow Ape Ridge, that gives vitae as reward. Does anyone know if I have to complete the rest of the chain before I reawaken again in order to receive that second reawakening main chain that awards exp? If i remember correctly there are two different types of quest chains, one that gives vitae and one that gives exp, but I've started getting unsure whether or not I need to complete the vitae quest line too before I reawaken again. The reason I haven't completed it yet is that I reached the max arcane sky level long ago and all the vitae would go to waste, but I don't want to miss out on all that exp if it turns out I can't get the quests until I've completed the chain (which ends with having to kill Tyrant in FSP, so can't access that again before I reach 100 again!)... Hope I made myself clear, it's a bit difficult to explain!

My suggestion would be to get back to 100 and see if you can reawaken again without completing those quest chains.
I can't fully grasp why didn't you complete them yet - exp chain helps a lot to get back to 100 and it's not so easy to max out arcane sky before you hit 100.
Unless you held back for quite some doing only primal dailies, skipping the rest.

I'm level 100 now, on first reawakening, and I want to reawaken again. I completed the whole chain that gives a lot of good exp, was a gold colour I think, so thats out of the way yes. That's the one that you get every 10 levels at like 21, 31, 41, 51 and so on. It's just the vitae chain I've got left, that you carry on every arcane level, 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on, and I maxed the arcane sky halfway through that chain. I'd just want to know exactly how it works and what quests I'll be able to get when I reawaken a second time. I've seen a few stormies on 2nd restoration with arcane sky 5 so I assume they didn't complete the vitae quest before reawakening again. I'm just so torn on what to do and scared I might lose out on something whatever I choose to do

Reawaken without advancing further with that vitae quest chain - you won't miss out on anything.
I myself reawakened my stormy second time having arcane sky 4.

I may be wrong but I think the item needed for reborn 2 say Arcane 6 required.

You dont need to complete the questchain.

Most of my alts I have been doing the Arcane and Mirage Sky questchain on same time because I was already maxed in Arcane Sky when I rebirthed the 2nd time. On a few I didnt even start on the first questchain at all, except the part that allows you to be Arcane Sky 1.
