Stupid Question about NV1-2

I know a while back you needed a sufficient crafting skill to make NV 1 & 2 and 3 does not.. so pwi still have it set up that way? You still need tailor 7 to make NV 1 & 2 armor?

    I thought tt99 gold was 7, nirvy was 6 and g16 is lvl 1.

    It's been so long and I have had max crafts on my veno for a long time now. needless to say I think you answered my question that you still need tailoring skill to craft NV 1 & 2 armor

    Level 6 for Nirvana 1 and 2, 0 for Nirvana 3 I believe. Easy enough to check at the forges.
