electrostatic discharge and psy summon

I was wondering if a person that got debuffed with electrostatic discharge uses a summon from a psy friend if all that dmg counts . or also if the dmg counts if a player town teleports or uses teleport stonesb:thanks ty in advance

    Tested it, summoning does not count as moving QQ (used electrostatic on a target using psy summon) would have been awesome to hit someone for like 1mil damage because they moved to the other side of the world.

    Did it remove the discharge?

    Also, what if the summon happens in range of stormbringer?

    Im not surprised if all of this gonna work.b:laugh

    Electrostatic discharge on a enemy near Arch.
    A psy summons him near snowy vilage
    BOOM DROPS DEAD.

    But I dont think a psy can summon a person while that person is engaged in a fight.

    Yeah this doesn't work, nor does town porting. Teleporting doesnt count as movement, after you've teleported, you still have the debuff, and if you move, you will still take damage

    so , the only thing that defends you against electrostatic discharge is magic defense , then would a dew of star protection help you against the dmg you get from the discharge?? b:thanks ty in advance

    Nope. Debuff damage ignores immunities after the effect is applied. Raising your magic defense doesn't help either after the debuff is cast.
