Broken Arc?

I was looking into how to get a jones blessing for my new character. As I am a returner to the game i looked it up. it said that I have to go to redeem code in the arc but my arc does not give the option for redeem code at all. just my account and log out. am I doing something wrong?

    You're looking in the wrong spot. The option in in the drop-down menu on the left.
