Bug report

Hallo Everyone

I emailed the GM for help cause I had a bug and got a reply that they don't handle bugs.
So they sended me here ( Right away excuse me for my bad English I'm Dutch)

I would like to ask why bug fixing has changed, in de past I could just send a support ticket
and it would get handled. Now I can't even find bug report anymore and I'd like to know why

    So one of these bugs is about venopets like the wandering parrot I catched it at level 17 but when I hatched it, it all of sudden became level 1.
