Player Sponsored 30m 1v1 tourney THIS SATURDAY

Toddloveleah - Harshlands

Lately while playing on harshlands I feel like we have really lost out on legitimate 1v1s no faction help, no healer...etc. That is why I have decided to host our [first ever?] player sponsored 1v1 tournament.

I did try to do this yesterday but I didn't get many participants and it was very short notice so I wanted to do this somewhat officially.

This will be happening saturday the 31st of january [haven't decided on a good time and could maybe use some help as IDK what events happen when saturday and I'd really not like to collide with them and ppl not be able to attend when a good time is figured out this thread will be updated.] I will be looking at it be around 5pm-9pm central usa time if possible.

I will be the referee of the competition as sponsor.

The rules will be as follows:

- You can use any buff, gear, pots or anything as long as you are ALONE in the fight

- Any situation if someone enters the fight, the fight will be put on hold both players will heal/res if they are killed and restart. If these interruptions keep happening eventually one player or both will be disqualified and we will move on to the next fight. [I will make the call on which player was receiving help]

- if we have a case of both players dying around the same time or to close to call we will have sudden death for those players they will heal up, self buff only fight again to the death.

- Once again heals, purges, anything from any other players than the scheduled 1v1 will result in DQ.

- I will randomly select each opponent, so no QQ if you get someone really hard first round, we will keep it going until we have two players left for the finals. If we have a case of odd numbers I will schedule a 1v1v1 to make up the difference

- Mystic res buff will not count as in once you reach zero and fall on the ground the match is over doesn't matter if you can res w/o going back to city

- No alts allowed as in you can't enter the competition twice or enter both contests. I know a good amount of toons on server and will be looking at gears to see if I see some bound familiar names and they will be disqualified.


I know it will be hard to keep people out of the 1v1s but to those participating remember if this keeps getting interrupted it will take FOREVER so plz if you see people jumping in KOS or stop them plz.

I will cut this competition to two sections.

Any Reborn players lvl 1-105- 25m 1st prize

Non- reborn 1-105 - 5m 1st prize

So there will be 2 total winners. I might have 2nd and 3rd place prizes but once again I don't really want to throw to much coin at this competition as I have many many things to work on with my own toon.
