West coast server probolems?

The last few days ive gotten extreamly bad lag spikes/dc's and even a reading of no ping or 3k ping on the west coast servers only , i was wondering at first if it was just me but ive had afew ppl say it now and then including people living in the west coast so is it many people or just localised to a small few sad souls ? I should edit aswell that its mainly during the same time most mornings server time.
