Ticket history/support issue

As the title says, i'm having a weird bug with the internet page, i can access the support page whilst not logged in on this account, but when i try to log in and access to support page the page redirectcs so much that the page doesen't loads at all and gives me an error. I've tried opening it with ie 7 , google chrome and firefox , tried clearing the cookies and tried to allow cookies/disable adblock, nothing of the above was affecting that bug.
