Arc Chat Assistance pls

Anyone else having problem with the Arc Chat? ppl can see my chat but i cant see their's. I get the notifications when ppl log in or playing but i cant see no ones chat.

If others had this problem and know how to fix pls break it down fo meh kk ty byeb:bye
