Best mood and skills for Moon Toad

Hi fellow venos!

I'm leveling up a frogling for my HA veno, I think it can be very useful because of its great magic defense, it's much better than the bears in my opinions. I just wonder what mood could be good to make it a little tankier, and what skills I could add to it with the usual Bash.

I'm also thinking to evolve a puppy anyway... it's just a little slower than the kowlin but it have better stats, it could be my support pet.
