Constant DCing

So I have had a problem lately of non stop DCing to the point I really just can't play.
Log in -> Character screen -> DC
Log in -> Character screen -> finally get into the game -> DC

It makes it impossible to do anything while DCing every 3 minutes. I ran a trace, and maybe it'll provide some answers (to someone who knows how to decipher it)

Yeah its called they dont bother checking their programing so it can handle the traffic. 2 I could have sworn that they had upgraded their servers but the problem continues and yet they try to blame our ISPs for it or us on or pcs. I dont get why its been an issue of theirs for years but they appearantly dont care about the gamers but only themselves.

    ~long post of important info~

There has been an issue with the game for a few days now, as well as some issues with regional ISP hubs. While some of the blame can, in fact, be placed on PWE, not all of it lies with them.

They're attempting to get the server stability back on their end, which is mostly complete. After that, they have to hope that the regional ISPs can get their hubs fixed up and traffic flowing smoothly again.

Also, I don't get where this has been "an issue of theirs for years". PWI has had its moments of instability, but when it does, it's usually a regional issue. Rarely has PWI had issues that only affected it.

EDIT: I just realized we're in the same area and using the same ISP. I've personally had no issues playing whenever I want, which basically confirms to me that you're dealing with a bad hub. Resetting your router and thus your internet connection should give you a different hub, which should fix your problem. I would also recommend going into your cmd box and running a DNS flush.

To do so, open your search bar on Windows and type cmd.

If you're not an admin, you're more than likely going to have someone who is an admin do this for you.

In the window, you should see something like this:

    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE>

After the >, you're going to type this: ipconfig /flushdns

Ensure there is a space between ipconfig and the /, otherwise it's not going to recognize the command.

Hit Enter, and it should say it flushed your DNS.

I would then retry the tracert, to see if you're still getting the timeouts.

To me it seems like regional its hub causing your issues, not PWI. As for fix, you can reset your router and beg whatever you believe in for a better route to servers thus avoiding those hubs that time-out.

It could also be local software on the PC interrupting the signal. Programs like Norton 360, ZoneAlarm, and McAffee products are notorious for this. (There's another two firewall programs that will do it as well, but I can't recall their names off the top of my head right now.)
That's why I always ask for a Speccy report.
