Where do you get the lvl 60 and 80 slaying bonus weapons?

My Duskblade is 63, and has crafted his complete lvl 55 gear. At the Genesis Forge, I noticed there was a Perfect Stone recipe for trade for a lvl 60 weapon with slaying levels too, the Reflux Longbow. There was also a level 80 saber, the Master's Saber. Neither is craftable at the forge.

Anyone know how to obtain these two?

This isn't about whether I need them to survive until the next available Genesis Forge weapons at 70 or 85. I'm sure I'll be ok, and I know there are other options too. I just want to know where these come from, and the database is no help.

    The quest to get them, or the forge option to craft them simply aren't implemented.
    You can't get them.

    Better off getting TT weapons to be honest. That what I did on my duskblade worked nicely.
