So 3 weeks later and GMs still wont help with my Rank 9 ring!

Well, after more than one month of being told that pwi cannot help me and after multiple tickets closed as duplicate I finally had some luck!

The reason I havent posted in here for a few days is because I had a GM reply positivly to my ticket and did not want to say anything in here that could go against me.

This morning I logged in to YeIIowFox and have been given the CORRECT ring, it took over a month but I finally got it.

Thanks for the support both on the forums and in-game guys.

Makes me happy that I didnt just give up. b:thanks b:pleased

Grats, gives hope to those people with serious problem tickets, that they are sorting stuff out still.

Wow!!!, I'm so happy to hear this !!!!!!!!!! I honestly thank all of you that posted positively to help Yellow and Friends keep hope alive and those who continue to support her!!!

YeIIowFox if possible could you explain to me what you did. I am not in the exact same situation but I lost everything my cleric was equipped with on Dreamweaver. And like yours when i send in a ticket its solved.. They had a crash on the 8th of January and all my gear ended up on another toon that i dont know of. and i got someone else's who i do know. They say my equipment never existed. thats everything the gear the flyer the fash the genie even my charms and war avatar cards. and i have proof of a few items also i cant get my end game gear back because the quests for it are gone but still the ticket is "Solved" and now i get threatened that they will take action against my account if i continue with this issue. Please Help. I even tried calling BBB but no answer or call back

They are trying to fix it. be patient
