Blessing Agent in Archosaur Missing

Blessing Agent in Archosaur (563, 630) is not at these cords also during the patch afew weeks ago where we got cn update the npc was moved to (558,632) but is also not there anymore and can not seem to find him anywhere .

    Ok folk, do I get it right?? PWE wants us to buy Moonshade Caskets x100 for 70 gold, 40 silver,
    = 500 Moonshade Caskets for 352 gold??

    You get one Mark of the Horselords/Forged Principle for one Moonshade Casket/Horselords' Bounty/Crystalline Treasure Box???

    = You have to charge ~300 dollars for a single DoD/DoT??
    Is the economy really that **'ed up on other servers? On lc server no one would buy a single DoD/DoT for 800-900m coins.

    Why are there different items/packs to get the same stuff at the end (you can't even get something else with those packs)?. Did I miss something?
