Daily quest you can pick up in any major city from the seasonal harbinger. Quest given is random.

Critical Repair

Level: 85 - 96 http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/31938

Quest is given by the Leader of Immolation in Immolation Camp. His quest will take you into the Cave of Sadistic Glee to dig Hex Fragments. If he doesn't offer the quest, it's because you need to finish all of the current quests he has available.

South Barrier Village Crisis

Level: 87 - 96 http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/31913

Quest is given by Jewelcraftsman Ni is South Barrier Village. He will have you kill mobs for drops. If he doesn't offer the quest, it's because you need to finish all of the current quests he has available. Don't forget to right click the wanted order item you get when you turn in for an additional quest.

Patrol the Streams

Level: 90 - 96 http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/31908

Quest is given by the Elder of the Streams in City of a Thousand Streams. This is a 20 minute timed quest that requires you to kill mobs while moving to the next destination it takes you. If he doesn't offer the quest, it's because you need to finish all of the current quests he has available.

    I noticed these too when questing on my archer. I wanted to do all the high exp quests first, so I can do all the rest when I rebirthed the second time. You level so quickly it is pretty easy to get out of level range for a lot of quests. I thought it was just a reworked quest (been a while since i did 90+ quests) until i logged in the next day and it was there again. It is a bit of flying but well worth it, more so when rebirthed.
