Missing rewards from December Spend Promo

Anyone else still missing their rewards from this?
I'm supposed to qualify for all the tiers but only got the Tier 1 - War Avatar Chest: B x1 in my mailbox and still missing the rest >.> I guess I'll send a ticket if it doesn't get here for another week.

    No and I was actually very surprised...I spend like 4 times around 75 gold during the promo period on different times and I instantly got the rewards this time. LIke I bought the stuff from the boutique and ~10 seconds later I got the B-Chests, S-Packs and 10* Orbs in my Mail. I even got more then 10 B-Chests altho sparkie said that you can do it only 10 times and I didn't had to spend 75 Golds to be able to get another s-pack/B-chest. Each 20/50 Golds granted my a Pack/Chest.

    Send a ticket, can't do much more than this I guess.
