Is Circle of Life-Hextar and Foundation of World the same?

They are both listed as G15 wands with the exact same stats. Are they the same thing? Which one is needed to make a G16 weapon? And what would be the mold name needed to make it G16?

    Circle of Life: Hexstar is made from Twilight Temple materials, and will produce a bind-on-equip item
    Foundation of World is made from Lunar Glade materials, and will not bind on equip.

    That is the difference.

    Thx, I think you may have saved me from a big (and expensive) mistake. But normally, bind on equip gear has a text on the item like "Equipping this equipment will cause it to be bound". The Circle of Life-Hextar I see in the catshop has no such text. b:shocked

    Catshops never shows if equipment binds. I would get a sin to look in the catshops inventory before buying any gear from any catshop.

    Why a sin? I brought my sin alt to look at it and saw nothing different. Is there a skill I must use?

    You need to learn a lvl 100 Morai skill, Shadow sight , in order to look in other people's inventory. It is farmable at corona.
