Client not updating

Everytime i log on, i get a message - your current client version is low, please exit and update.

how to update manually? it's not happening on it's own..

Mine updated and it still says "your client version is too low". I've exited and tried again, got the same result. Also clicked Verify button in lancher and nothing got fixed. What do I do?? And it better not be re-install, that would take half a day!

I am having the same problem, why isn't it updating? And if the servers are still offline why isn't it saying so?

Ahhhh now it's saying servers are offline....... which makes sense seeing as the facebook post says "There will be a maintenance tonight from 12/30/2014 11PM - 12/31/2014 2AM PST." and my post on here says it isn't 2am yet.

try exiting arc and going to start menu to perfect world then clicking on repair arc that what it says in tech support tried it but shows servers off line now hope it worksb:shocked

same problem here. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. no luck. and the repair button does not help.

It would be great if we had a gadget on arc telling us if the servers are online or not liike we had on the old website

servers are down and.. as far as I can see.. there was no update.. so I expect all to be verry much the same as it was at Xmas

but.. that HUUUGE update.... I bet there are a couple of bugs to repair...
that might take some time

I have been trying for the past 3 days to update the game since new update and I cannot get the update to go past 1/4. I keep getting an error with a file that is being downloaded. at first I could not even get the patcher to update. had to access game through element client to get that to update. after that it still would not update at all. I accessed game through arc and I got it to update the 1/4. I have updated arc and rebooted my computer, but still to improvement. I would really like to get this game updated so I can use the free lvl 95 stones. if anyone can help me, that would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
