Constant crashes

So I've been getting constant crashes every 15-30 minutes or so where I can submit the drump file (which i did about 10 times and since I have heard ***** I'll assume they are ignoring them).

So I'm going to reinstall the client one more time. My machine is fast and powerful enough that isnt the issue...I was wondering if it may be java related?

One of the more interesting things that happens is that it crashes the client, but arcelement.exe process is still running on the PC. So technicially just the "faceplate" of the game took a dump. I can restart up everytime without issue but then it creates another arcelement.exe in the processes.. Its a pain in the a$$ because I have to restart my character's skills, and can be dangerous if i'm flying over a deadly area.

any recommendations short of pissing on the monitor?

    Arc and the game are two completely separate programs, so when the client crashes, Arc can still be running.
