Redeem Codes - Account - NA - Redeems Fail

So I tried the redeem code (95 stone) and it failed to send anything to may mail.

95 Stone - DemienScrub
1) Not one of the new classes.
2) Level 1.
3) Logged into the class first to check to see if the stone was already there (It wasnt).
4) Logged out and used the 95 stone redeem code.
5) Logged in nothing in mailbox.
6) Nothing after the release of the code still.

    Got same prob on both of my acc's b:cry
