Is anyone else having trouble disabling arc defender?

I am in LA for the holidays until January 5 and brought my old and slow laptop with me in case. I found out about the illusion crystal code so i downloaded arc on my laptop and it saved my laptop as the main computer. I found out i wont be able to log in to my desktop at home in Australia without inputting a pin sent to my email. The problem is, most of the alt accounts i have, i dont have email access to anymore. Is there any way i can disable arc defender while im still here in LA, cos the one said in the arc website is giving me a message after inputting my password to disable arc defender saying 'We could not complete this request at this time. Please try again later.'

How do I disable Arc Defender or remove saved computers?

Arc Defender is designed to provide additional security for your account so we strongly recommend against disabling it, however, if you wish to do so, please follow these steps:
Open Arc and log in to your account
Click the Arc symbol in the upper left corner, hover the mouse over Settings, and select General
Check the box next to "Disable Arc Defender", re-enter your account credentials, and click Continue

I STRONGLY recommend you make sure all your accounts have an e-mail that is in good standing and your able access it!

Some advice if you can't get around the Email thing, arc only prevents you from logging INTO ARC, not the game itself, just open a client and then you can log onto which ever account you want....not really secure there GMs =/.

FORTUNATELY Arc defender is 'good'.

It really saves well the computer and all.

Different than other double verification defenders that insist on asking a damn code every time you reconnect to the internet >:(

But meh, i'd not hesitate into disabling this **** right away the first time it gives me a little tiny bit of trouble, I'm a grown person, I'm well aware of how to keep my accounts safe.
