charge options for zen

when did rixty get taken out of the charge aprtion also when did we stop having to transfer our zen to gam it did it auotmatically for me and had no option to do it and now it was to early for the reward not to mention it did it to arch server and i may have wanted to do it to another game thanx pwi for making this clear
