How do you get rid of bunded gear from dream chaser packs?

I have bounded gear that I want to get rid of gotten from the dream chaser packs, but cant. I can't sell it to the npc, and that npc Assistant wang tsai don't have an option to exchange it for chi :(

    If you bound it already, pw promotions agent will destroy it. If you haven't bound it yet, you can npc it.
