Crafting nightshade(TT and other forges)

Is it possible to craft tt weapons for nightshades? Becouse when I talk to the forge in west arch(tt) I don't have a tab to select scythe :/ I am trying to verify the client now hope that it will work becouse I saw some tt60 weapons crafted already.

    Apparently there is a separate forge right next to those forges for Nightshade gears.
