Problem with dreamchaser items

on my low lvl Veno l have a dreamchaser pack l opened it and put on the items l wanted on and it used to be that you can exchange the unwanted items at Assisstant Wang Tsai for a buff item. so l clicked on him and now he only offers perfect stones for a few weapons, and now l have no way to get rid of the rest of my unwanted dreamchaser pack items, does anyone know of another way to get rid of them or if PWI will fix this problem?
