Well the problem is, since you can npc R9RR gear and with rebirthing getting gear that looked very much alike, i npc'd my R9RR boots by accident, sended a ticket about this and got R9RR boots back or so i thought, until i found out that these boots were part of a new set of R9 recast that isnt farmable yet and shouldnt be in game yet, so my question is simple, is it possible to get this changed back to the old R9RR or how long do i got to wait till i can farm the rest of this set ?

its doubtfull we will ever get china's version of r9rs3. Its better to create a new ticket(if other is closed) stating you received the wrong r9 gear. Show them the pwdb link so they give you the right oneMarine - Marshall - Raging Tides - Retired

Yes, because people really need 900+ dex or 1000+ magic just for the lulz0 -
Already did that but they said they cannot change it anymore.
Somehow it kinda ticks me off that they aint able to freaking change a single item after making a fault.0 -
Try again and be more insistent.
1) It is 100% the games fault for making an irreplaceable item visually identical to a cheap thing you're supposed to NPC. There is no good reason for them to be identical outside of laziness.
2) The game provides no mechanism to buy back accidentally deleted items. Most games allow you to buy back items up to one hour after you NPC them.
3) The warning text that pops up about rare items is worthless since it pops up on almost everything and doesn't even tell you the name of the thing it thinks you are trying to NPC.
Once you approach the problem as being inherently a flaw in the game then it is the responsibility of PWE to either fix the flaw or to undo that inevitable mistakes that are bound to occur. Since the flaw has been present for years they have chosen to do the later.
If it is their responsibility to fix mistakes then it is their responsibility to fix mistakes correctly. The item they sent you is basically worthless since it can not functionally replace the item that was lost due to the flaw of the game. They are obligated to send you the correct item.
This is the type of language I use in my tickets and I have a very high success rate with them.
Good luck.[sigpic][/sigpic]

I had a problem with an r9 ring a while back, and having the item number from pwdb to give them saved a lot of trouble. The rep I was dealing with specifically asked that I get the item number from the pwdb so I wasn't sent the wrong ring by mistake.0
