New instance Qiucksand Daily quest

Can we get a guild to this other then here its a daily but no info on how to do it. Text doesn't give enough info to figure it out. Says for lvl100+ and Mirage10 and above. Please help

    not a flippn clue on this one, tried it and couldn't get into area that map shows as the path, perhaps there is a squad req.? for the other option for the npc there is, also no clue as to how to get glasses that are referred to by the npc. maybe squading is the answer there too, perhaps squad lead gets a quest that hands it to 'em.
