Most likely answer is it has to go through the same mail system as everything else. Therefore you won't get it instantly.

Seeing as there is a MASSIVE amount of people online right now, it will probably take a while to send to everyone. Much like the Nation Wars mailing system. Give it time.

Even if it was a delay I am guessing they would let us know (if being mailed, poping out on your inv out of nowere ) or something else its kind of frustrating the lack of info we are getting

We had an issue with the send out, but we're getting that fixed right now. I'll announce before it goes out, in here and Facebook/In-game so it doesn't catch anyone by surprise.
