Stun Skill?

I'm wondering what skill it is (from what class) that can stun a player while they are in safe zone? LOL someone trolled me the other day, but I have no idea how that happened. It has a stun icon look and another icon look like debuff. Thx in advance

    Spirit Phalanx from psychics. It makes you invincible but stuns you.
