The quest Jade Pad of the Dragon still says you have to complete it at the Cube of Fate room 38 teleporter, but in fact for some time now you can complete it at the Room 1 teleporter.

    Forgot which quest this is, but it sounds like it is from the cultivation line. Since the odds of getting to room 38 are so slim, this almost sounds intentional. That's what happened to me years ago and I carefully didn't complain.. sssh b:chuckle

    Oh, I know it was an intentional change. It's part of the Moonshade Desert opening chain, and not really needed any more unless you want to get the quest reward belt.

    The thing is the quest reward NPC has been changed, but the quest text telling who the quest reward NPC is, has not.
