West Arch Cat Shops

I couldn't post this in the server area cause I don't want this limited to just my server.. I am curious how every server West Archo looks with all the cat shops.. my leader informed that we have the most active server so would someone from each server post what their west looks like?

This is HT.





Granted it is not nearly as active as it was a year or even in 2012.. but it isn't too bad. Gold is hovering around 3.9mil.

That looks a bit deserted, Arch has a lot more, even more at south tele stone. Haven't logged in today yet, maybe will post ss tomorrow.

I was expecting more. I dont have a screenshot (two were posted above) but Dreamweaver has a ton more catshops. Usually a lot more than are in the screenshots posted

A lack of cash shops might also mean people aren't selling their over priced junk like they had hoped. Such as Wings of Cloudchanger or whatever the cape is called for 120 to 140 mill? Only an idiot would pay that much. Or 200 mill for fashion, really?

Yeah the catshops have thinned out a lot.Now its just teles gems some s3 overpriced **** then you have the overprice district on d orbs then you have west crossroad with over priced pack and then you have tokens...just nothing worth buying no more and my coins continue to rise and god typing on android phones sucks.

I'm soooooooo surprised.
It looks like North District in Morai. You really can see a lot more shops at this place on our EU server.
I don't think this is the best or only way to have an estimation of the server population though, but I'm shoked.

With the constant and random, massives DCs that have been attacking HT,im not susprised ppl rather sell stuff in WC than setting catshop over and over

Those RT screenshots have me a bit depressed. We had nearly the most over populated server at one time (CS or not). I haven't been in the game for quite some time, but I hope if I ever come back it can be at least somewhat how it used to be. b:cry

I'd say Morai has about 3 to 4 times more clutter.

i wouldn't put lack of catshops in arch in comparison to another server as lack of activity from people.

It is just a matter of people's mentalities. In RT for example, from my observations catshops around certain areas (selling specific items depending on specific locations) got lowered by 2-3 times. My explaining for this would be:

1. Lack of pack openers (just because it doesn't worth it to open em, considering how much they seem "nerfed"), so specific shops that used to sell loads of pack items, don't have supply anymore

2. Too many demanded sales one after each other = catshops to make money of boutique items they need to wait 2-3+ weeks after sale to sell their ****

3. Big demand on certain items that make em sell really fast(not only pack items), so supply getting cut off, merchants not trying for new markets, just waiting for their next sale

4. Recent PWE promotions that encourage people mostly to cs / spend their gold themselves instead of selling to people to have supply of stuff in shops.

I don't want to come off the wrong way but either your thinking is flawed or that's how your server operates.
Speaking as a huge mercher in multiple markets on my server I see more item supply and less difficulty selling items at a later date due to lack of competition. Bare in mind, on my server I have plenty of pack openers still and something I didn't forget to mention - I am on the street in cat shop form and also own a couple commission shops that also cannot be seen - that has become a huge hit in the recent months

Ah, I'm not able to play during the day because of work, but it seems like around 7-8PMish there are more than that (around west bank there were far more shops selling tokens... the teleporter area looks about right though). Maybe some people only open shops overnight.

It did seem kind of low in my opinion as well - im sure you've experienced the lag and DCs that the rest of the server is having, my shops have been experiencing it.

I'm pretty sure you can still see the middle part where the shops are closely together. I'm just showing how in comparison to the other servers, ours is in small clusters. After that middle part, there aren't really any more shops.
