Underwater Upgrade for mounts

Ok, I have searched the forums and found several threads from 2010-2013 asking for this. This is yet not confirmed (It's on asterelle's post about the new features implemented in PWCN) but still, it got my attention.

Let's assume that we ARE getting this upgrade. pretty much what I am curious about is:
1. What will we need to upgrade the mounts?

2. What we need to upgrade them... is it... gonna cost like... 300M or be in packs? Or will it be cheaper (If you don't know, on this question, just say what you think they will do)?xD

3. Can all mounts be upgraded or will you need specific mounts? (Example: Goldfish, Snake, maybe the toad mount and the penguin) Because... I honestly don't see my motorcycle swimming b:laugh

4. Will mounts keep their speed or be slowed down? What I mean is, will mounts still travel at 11m/s underwater?

That's most I can think of, probably nobody really knows, but I am just wondering if you guys are as curious about this feature as me. Thanks b:cute

    Underwater mounts should only be things like goldfish and tidal serpents. Though goldfish should be strictly water mounts.

    They might just have it where the mounts slowly drown, turn upside down, and you ride their corpses around like a true hater of all life.

    Well clerics seem to be able to make thunder underwater and that works out for them fine :/

    not all the updates for pwcn will come to our servers. just a note for all future updates.
    and i can guarantee with pwi, it'll be a cs item that you'd have to buy hundreds of like with the flyer upgrades >.> we're "lucky enough" we can farm the rr8 upgrade

    since pwi steals everything from pwe games, i'll throw in fw. their mounts could always swim, no upgrade needed, they were just made that way. in water, everything moves its legs like its swimming, and their mounts include all kinds of 4 legged animals, horses, dragons, etc. not kooky **** like ours

    There isn't enough underwater content so far though, it doesnt matter much whether mount gets underwater upgrade or not.

    not really much stuff to do in the water after a certain level why worry about when they are going to implement useless stuff.
