I get a Deja-Vu feeling we been down this road before.

Is it a charge or a spend raffle promotion? b:surrender

Just Charge gold on your character to be entered into the raffle. Read on below for details.

The prize will be mailed to the main character that had last spent the gold for this promotion

    It's not really a promotion, it's a raffle. Every $10 you charge will give you 1 entry in the raffle.

    The reward, however, will be sent to the toon you LAST SPENT something on in game, but spending in game won't enter you in the raffle.

    (read: the toon you last bought something from the boutique in game will be the one who they send the prize to if you win)

    It's not that hard to read it.

    It can be confusing (for some), that you have to spend money to enter a charge raffle.
